Diablo 2 Resurrected:
As soon as you placed your order we will begin to prepare your items.
Once we are ready for delivery, we will notify you via email to meet on our LiveChat, to receive your items by Face2Face, ingame.

Usually the delivery takes around 1-24 Hours. In any case you should not hear back from us within more than 24 hours please contact us on LiveChat.

In any case we are working on your order and will deliver as soon as we can.
Should there be any troubles receiving our emails you can also check the order progress within your Customer Account or as a Guest, through our Order Tracking Form

How will I receive my items?

We will create a mule account with the item(s) you ordered.

The account name and password will be e-mailed to your primary PayPal email address.

Please make sure that your email address registered with PayPal is up to date before placing your order.

Once you received the login details, make sure to transfer the items onto your account as soon as possible.

If no one will log into the account within 10 days, the account and therefore the items will expire.

Please contact us via livechat if you need help with the transfer to your character.

When will I receive my items?

Most orders are delivered within 5 – 60 minutes. Some do take a bit longer, depending on the order volume and particular purchased items. In case of an extra verification, we will contact you by email.

If you won’t hear from us within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us immediately because there might something went wrong with the email delivery. Please add [email protected] to your address book to make sure to receive our emails.
